Rooted in Yourself: 12 weeks that change your relationship with yourself

Over years of working with women I have noticed a pattern. Many of us understand our patterns very well. We can name where they come from, we have read dozens of books and attended more than one workshop. And yet, in the moments that matter, we still react the old way. The knowledge stays in the head while life carries on following the old script.
The “Rooted in Yourself” program was created to move from understanding to real change.
Why 12 weeks?
A single session can open a lot. But new patterns need time, repetition and space to integrate. Twelve weeks let us move calmly through one area after another: from identity and your relationship with yourself, through beliefs, boundaries and closeness, to self-worth and the readiness to receive.
How do we work?
The program works on two levels: conscious and subconscious. In practice this means:
- 10 one-to-one mentoring sessions (60 minutes each) based on metacognition and neurohacking,
- 2 two-hour hypnosis sessions, tailored to what we are working on at the time,
- a personalised self-hypnosis recording that reinforces the changes between sessions,
- materials and exercises that support regulating your body and nervous system,
- contact on Telegram from Monday to Friday throughout the program.
Five stages of change
We start with an audit of the key areas of your life to see what really shapes your everyday reality. Then we teach the mind to catch automatic reactions before they take over. The limitations we find are neutralised with neurohacking and hypnosis. We deal with whatever comes up along the way, and finally we anchor your new identity so that the change stays with you.
Who is the program for?
For a woman who knows a lot about herself but finds it hard to turn that knowledge into decisions. Who looks for validation outside, adapts to others or keeps repeating similar stories in relationships. And who feels that everything looks fine on the outside, while inside there is still not enough calm and support.
The goal is not to become someone else. The goal is to come back to yourself and become a safe place for yourself.
If this sounds like you, visit the program page and see whether this is the right moment for us to start working together.
